Plain-English information about how the Jun Residential Group website handles inquiries, site activity, and follow-up.
Your cookie choices
This site counts visits with analytics unless you opt out. This covers Google Analytics, this site's browsing-history identifier, and marketing-source storage. To opt out, choose “Only necessary” in the cookie banner or under Cookie preferences. Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal are not counted.
Property search is a separate choice. Enabling it loads Buying Buddy, which may use cookies and store search activity under its privacy policy. Inquiry forms, phone, and email remain available without optional cookies.
Your choices are stored in a necessary cookie for six months. You can change them here or from the footer. Turning an enabled option off reloads the page and stops future loading; it does not delete records already held by providers. Use your browser settings to remove third-party cookies.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to junresidential.com and related public pages operated under the Jun Residential Group brand for Jenny Jun, serving Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW), Texas.
It covers information collected when you browse public pages, use home-search tools, save neighborhoods, submit forms, sign in at an open house, or use the scheduling page. Third-party sites and tools may have their own privacy practices once you leave this site or interact directly with them.
2. Information we collect
Contact details such as your name, email address, and phone number when you reach out through a form or sign-in flow.
Inquiry details such as your message, property or listing reference, timeline, neighborhood priorities, budget range, commute notes, ZIP code, must-haves, and open-house responses.
Scheduling details you enter into the booking page, plus name or email information we may pass into that page as a convenience.
Technical and browsing information such as page paths, query strings, referrer, browser or device information, IP address, user agent, and anonymous site identifiers.
Home-search and on-site activity such as listing-detail views, saved neighborhoods, shortlist requests, QR campaign details, and related UTM campaign information.
3. How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you fill out the contact form, request a call, ask a question, request a neighborhood shortlist, sign in at an open house, or use the scheduling page.
We also collect information automatically through analytics tools, cookies, local storage, browser-side identifiers, and similar technologies that help us understand page visits, search behavior, and listing interest on this site.
If you arrive from a QR code, campaign link, or tracked listing link, we may collect that referral context from the URL or referring page so the follow-up is more relevant.
4. How we use information
To respond to your questions and follow up by email, phone, or text.
To prepare neighborhood shortlists, property follow-up, open-house disclosures, and scheduling support you requested.
To keep internal lead records, route inquiries, and support client-service workflows.
To understand which pages, searches, and calls to action are useful so the site can be improved over time.
To connect your later inquiry with earlier listing or neighborhood activity on the site when that context helps Jenny follow up more helpfully.
To protect the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot operational issues.
5. When we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that help operate the site or support follow-up, such as analytics providers, customer relationship management tools, email delivery tools, the scheduling provider used on the booking page, and the property search or IDX tools shown on the site.
Examples include Google Analytics, Google Calendar appointment scheduling, and the home-search tool on the Browse Homes pages.
We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the site, investigate misuse, or handle a request you asked us to help with.
6. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
Unless you opt out, this site uses tracking tools to understand traffic, page usage, and lead sources. Those tools may use cookies, browser storage, tags, scripts, or similar technologies.
Unless you opt out, the site also creates an anonymous browser identifier so repeat listing activity can be recognized on this site. Some interactive tools, including saved neighborhoods and other preference-based features, may store information in your browser's local storage.
You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings. If you block or clear them, some site features may work differently or lose saved preferences.
7. Home-search and inquiry activity
The site includes home-search, listing, neighborhood, and open-house flows. We may log page visits, search paths, query information, listing identifiers, and related interaction data connected to those features.
If you later submit your contact information, previously collected activity from this site may be associated with your inquiry so Jenny can follow up with more relevant homes, neighborhoods, or next steps.
The Homes page also uses embedded property-search tools and may redirect listing-detail activity through that search experience. Listing availability, price, and status can change quickly and should be confirmed directly before you rely on them.
8. Your choices
You can choose not to submit forms, contact Jenny directly by phone or email instead, and manage cookies or local storage through your browser settings.
If you have a privacy question or want to make a request about information associated with you, email admin@junresidential.com. The site does not currently offer a self-service privacy dashboard or automated deletion portal.
9. Data retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, manage real-estate follow-up, maintain business records, troubleshoot the site, and meet legal, accounting, brokerage, or compliance needs.
The site does not currently publish a single fixed retention schedule for every category of data. Browser-side saved items may remain until you clear them, and some operational logs or duplicate-prevention records may be retained for shorter internal periods.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled through this site. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so please use care when submitting sensitive information online.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the site, tools, or brokerage workflows change. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
